CultureSince 2010 Tierra Peru has been bringing London the very best of Peruvian cuisine. We are two brothers who grew up in the Central part of Peru in the Department of Huánuco. Here we were brought up by our dear mother on all the traditional healthy and nutritious foods which our family grew organically on the fertile lowlands of our homeland.
Inspiration
Peru is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world with thousands of varieties of fresh fruit and vegetables and the most species of fish to be found anywhere on the planet! Renowned for embracing and bringing together culinary influences from across the globe with innovative fusion cuisine, Due to its unique and diverse cultural history Peruvian cuisine has been influenced from as far as Spain, China and Japan.
Passion
Our aim is to bring the flavours of Peru to London so that others can try the wonderful flavours that this part of the world has to offer. Here at TIERRA PERU we use that natural abundance and diversity to inspire and create the best selection of dishes we can offer, along with our love and passion for creating great tasting modern and hearty food that is full of flavour to excite the senses and tantalise the palette.
